Terms & Conditions 

1. Payment Schedule
   • 50% advance upon signing the agreement.
   • 25% after completion of the first month (30 days).
   • All remaining dues must be cleared on or before the 45th day of the campaign, and no later than 15 days prior to the election polling day.
2. Staffing
   All campaign staff will be recruited, trained, and managed exclusively by ADMyBizz to ensure professional execution.
3. Deliverables
   Reports, outreach metrics, and campaign updates will be shared fortnightly for transparency and progress tracking.
4. Confidentiality
   All campaign data, strategies, and proprietary information remain strictly confidential and are the sole property of the client.
5. Flexibility
   The scope of services may be adjusted based on evolving campaign needs. Any changes will be accompanied by revised costs, agreed upon in writing.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All campaign strategies, content, and creative materials developed by ADMyBizz remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or application of strategies discussed with intent to purchase but not paid for will be subject to legal action and liability.
7. Requests & Customization
   All requests for changes or customization of the service package must be made in writing or via email. Verbal communication will not be considered valid for contractual changes.
8. Service Guarantee
   ADMyBizz guarantees the delivery of professional, high‑quality campaign services. However, the package does not guarantee electoral victory; it guarantees the best possible execution and support to maximize campaign impact.

10. Taxes
    GST will be applicable as per prevailing government rates.
