Welcome to ADMyBizz, an India-based digital marketing and advertising platform dedicated to empowering businesses, brands, and campaigns through strategic outreach, innovation, and ethical excellence.

By accessing or using our websites, services, or marketplace platforms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ADMyBizz, governed by the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable consumer protection laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of our services.

Our Commitment

ADMyBizz is a digital service provider specializing in the creation, management, and optimization of online advertisements, branding assets, and campaign tools. We also operate a curated marketplace connecting users to third-party service providers and online stores. All engagements are governed by lawful consideration, mutual consent, and competent contracting parties, as per Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and claim settlements across all ADMyBizz services and marketplace transactions, ensuring transparency, fairness, and legal compliance.


 Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Requests must be emailed to office@admybizz.in and include:
    • Full name, registered email, and order number
    • Reason for dissatisfaction or non-performance
    • Amount requested for refund

Process

  • ADMyBizz will verify service delivery records and assess the request.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for:
    • Partial service delivery
    • Client-initiated cancellations
    • Technical limitations or errors

Deductions

Refunds may be subject to:

  • Payment gateway fees
  • Applicable taxes
  • Administrative or processing charges
  • Non-refundable components (e.g., downloadable software, gift cards, personalized services)

 Legal Basis

This policy complies with Section 65 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, ensuring restitution for void or voidable contracts where services fail to meet agreed expectations.


 Claim Settlement Policy


 Scope

Claims may be filed for:

  • Errors, defects, or damages in advertisements or deliverables
  • Technical faults or service execution failures
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations or platforms

 Submission

Claims must be emailed to office@admybizz.in within 30 calendar days and include:

  • Full name, registered email, and order number
  • Description of the issue with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, links, analytics)
  • Type of correction or compensation requested

 Resolution

  • ADMyBizz will respond within 5–7 business days.
  • If validated, we will:
    • Rectify the issue, or
    • Issue compensation via the original payment method
  • If denied, a written explanation will be provided, along with alternative remedies where feasible.

 Marketplace & Third-Party Services


 Third-Party Providers

If services or goods are provided by a freelancer, agency, company, or third-party vendor:

  • Their individual refund, return, and claim policies shall apply.
  • ADMyBizz is not liable for refunds, returns, or claims related to third-party engagements.
  • Buyers must review and accept the provider’s policies before purchasing or hiring.

ADMyBizz Marketplace Stores

For purchases from stores listed on the ADMyBizz Marketplace:

  • It is mandatory to read the store’s refund, return, and claim policies prior to purchase.
  • If a store has not updated its policies, buyers are advised to request policy disclosure before proceeding.
  • ADMyBizz shall not be held responsible for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from such transactions.

Shipping & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For high-value items, buyers are advised to use trackable shipping services or insurance.
  • ADMyBizz does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 Agreement & Jurisdiction

By using ADMyBizz platforms and services, you acknowledge and accept this policy as part of our Service Covenant.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
